• Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and handling time, orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday unless noted otherwise. This is not Amazon Prime, do not email us 3 days after placing your order asking why it hasn't been shipped yet. We do not, and cannot guarantee delivery or shipment dates, orders will be shipped to the delivery address on the original order, shipping address cannot be changed once order has been placed. Please be sure to put the correct address and do not forget the apartment or building number. 
  • All orders are shipped using Unites States Postal Service (USPS)
  • You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your order has been placed. Once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number, do not lose this email. If you do not receive the first email with your order confirmation please contact us.
  • THE IRON UNION is not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that have been shipped to the address provided on the original order. If a package is returned or rejected,  the customer will be required to pay re-shipment postage. The customer is fully responsible for filing any claims for lost, damaged or stolen packages. (1-800-ASK-USPS) We will not contact USPS on your behalf to locate your package. 


  • We do ship our products internationally. Please be aware that International Shipments can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks.
  • The customer is fully responsible for any tariff, duty, tax, handling fee, custom charges etc. that may be required for your country.
  • THE IRON UNION does not calculate or collect any international fees during the order, and cannot provide a cost estimation for the associated fees. As the importer, you are fully responsible for knowing your country's import fees, and are responsible to pay accordingly.  If a package is rejected or returned, the customer will be responsible for paying re-shipment fees and any other fees associated.
  • The customer is fully responsible for filing any claims for lost, damaged or stolen packages. We will not contact USPS on your behalf to locate your package.


  • Returns will be accepted on damaged goods only. Returns must be unwashed and unworn. Returns must be filed within 2 days after delivery confirmation. This means, if your order was delivered on Monday and you wait until Thursday to contact us on for a return, you will be denied.
  • We do not accept returns on items that do not fit. Please contact us if you are unsure about the fit of any of our apparel and we will gladly help you.
  • Please contact us immediately, within 24 hours, if your order was placed in error and you wish to cancel. After 24 hours orders may not be cancelled. 
  • We will not add, remove or modify any item on an order that has been placed. No changes to size, item, style, color etc. may be made.
  • If an item is returned to us and show signs that it has been worn, washed, sprayed with cheap cologne, deodorant etc. your refund will be denied and the item will not be returned to you. All items must be returned exactly as they were received, no exceptions.


  • Not all items will be re-stocked, some items are only for limited release. Please use the contact form or the email address below to contact us with any questions regarding sold out items.
  • We currently only stock sizes S-XXL, but if you are interested in larger sizes, please contact us.
  • We will not reserve or hold product by request.
  • Once an item  is "Sold Out" there may be pre-orders for that item while it is being restocked. If an item is sold out and set up for pre-order it will be detailed on the product page, wait time will be longer than usual, but you will be guaranteed that item when it is re-stocked. All pre-orders are final and may not be refunded after 24 hours.
