• Our software does not allow us to make manual adjustments.  All orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed, and may not be cancelled or modified.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • THE IRON UNION is not liable for any damages incurred during transit, lost, stolen or misplaced package.
  • Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo USPS delivery services.


  • Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and handling time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. 
  • All orders are shipped using USPS. Once your order has shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please contact us if you have not received this email.
  • Please be sure to use the correct shipping address, THE IRON UNION is not responsible for packages lost due to inaccurate shipping information.


  • International Shipments can take anywhere from 7-21 business days.
  • THE IRON UNION is not responsible for any tariff, duty, tax, handling fee, custom charges etc. that may be required for your country.
  • THE IRON UNION does not calculate or collect any international fees during the order, and cannot provide a cost estimation for the associated fees. If a package is rejected or returned from customs, the customer will be responsible for paying for to have the package reshipped.
  • THE IRON UNION is not responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages.


  • Returns will be accepted on damaged goods, and goods received in error. Returns must be unwashed, and unworn in the original packaging. 
  • THE IRON UNION will not issue refunds on returned products. All returns will receive store credit only.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, in unworn and unwashed condition.
  • THE IRON UNION reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
  • Store credits are issued with a code that will be emailed to the email address associated with your order.
  • If a product that you've ordered is out of stock, you will be refunded for the purchase price of your item.
  • Please contact us if you have any questions about the fit of our apparel, and we will be more than happy to help you. Be sure to check the size chart on the details page of each item before placing your order. 
  • Additional shipping will be required by the customer on all returns, we do not pay or refund shipping costs. *THE IRON UNION will cover all shipping costs on orders with errors made on our behalf (ex: if you've received the wrong item, or missing an item)


  • If an item is marked as "Pre-Order" your order will ship in the time window stated in the description. If an order is delayed, you will be contacted with the expected delivery date.
  • We will not reserve or hold product by request and cannot add, remove or modify any item on an order that has been placed. 



  • Promo codes or discounts may not be applied after an order has been placed. No exceptions.
  • Not all orders will qualify for using promo codes.
  • Only one promo code may be used per purchase.


  • All sales are final on discounted items.
